About This Role
We're building AI capabilities across our entire product ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI integration, from prompt engineering to fine-tuned models and RAG systems. You'll collaborate with product teams across healthcare, legal, recruitment, and construction sectors.
Responsibilities
- •Design and implement AI/ML features across multiple products
- •Develop and optimize LLM integrations and prompt strategies
- •Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for product features
- •Implement AI safety measures and responsible AI practices
- •Collaborate with product teams to identify AI opportunities
- •Establish best practices for AI/ML in production environments
- •Contribute to AI research and experimentation
- •Document AI architecture and create training materials
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years experience in machine learning and AI development
- Strong Python proficiency
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings
- Strong understanding of AI safety and responsible AI
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
