About This Role
As a Product Manager at Loch Digital, you'll own the product strategy and roadmap for an assigned product serving a specific industry (healthcare, legal, recruitment, construction, etc.). You'll work closely with customers, engineers, designers, and leadership to define and execute product vision.
Responsibilities
- •Define and communicate product vision and strategy
- •Conduct customer discovery and user research
- •Create and prioritize product roadmap based on customer needs and business impact
- •Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria
- •Work with design and engineering to deliver features
- •Analyze product metrics and optimize for key outcomes
- •Communicate product direction to stakeholders
- •Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years product management experience
- Strong customer discovery and research skills
- Ability to define and prioritize features based on impact
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication
