About This Role
Join our design team to shape the user experience of products serving healthcare, legal, recruitment, and construction sectors. Responsibilities
- •Lead UX/UI design across assigned product areas
- •Conduct user research and usability testing
- •Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- •Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- •Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
- •Ensure accessibility and inclusive design practices
- •Iterate on designs based on user feedback and metrics
- •Contribute to design strategy and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years product design experience
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
- Experience designing for web applications
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Portfolio demonstrating design process and thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of responsive design
