About This Role
We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead technical initiatives across our product ecosystem. You'll work with modern technologies including Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and cloud-native architectures. This is a hybrid role based in London, working across multiple industries including healthcare, legal, and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- •Design and implement scalable full stack solutions across our product ecosystem
- •Lead technical architecture decisions and code review processes
- •Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for the engineering team
- •Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI specialists to deliver high-quality features
- •Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling
- •Participate in on-call rotation and production support
- •Drive performance optimization and ensure systems maintain high reliability
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years professional software development experience
- Expert proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript
- Strong experience with React and Next.js
- Solid understanding of backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and API design
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
